My wife and I selected Paul after many interviews.Pauls knowledge of the market in our area was excellent and gave us a pretty good idea of pricing for our home.Paul's communication skills were above and beyond what we expected from an agent,we were pleasantly surprised.Paul's negotiating skills came to the top when he gained a further significant increase in our final settlement price,it was much appreciated.Pauls marketing campaign was very good and well run with wonderful photos of our home and well organised open homes plus the addition of the LJHcoffee van (nice touch). Rarely found qualities in a Real Estate Agent
We found Kierin whilst looking on RE.com at property values in our area/apartment complex. Sent an email at 8pm and incredulously received a phone call the next morning. This guys on the ball I said. We believe an agent should be interviewed to gain our trust that he WILL do what he says. We arrange to Skype and Kierin successfully answered my interview questions (interrogation) and became our agent. One of our key requirements as we are based in Perth and he in Brisbane was communication. I have given him the highest score in this category because he deserves it. He always advised us of results of an "open" good or bad. Consulting with me on strategies we can use going forward. In doing this we discussed people, personalities and negotiation processes, local area knowledge was essential because of the apartment market in Kelvin Grove. Kierin has a CAN DO attitude. He is also a very vivacious and positive person. I always enjoyed our conversations as they were purposeful, productive and a pleasure. He is very professional in the way he presents himself, the way he speaks and if he says he will email me something I am not waiting.....for it to arrive. It's done. I will gladly recommend Kierin to anyone requiring an Agent who is committed to the job of selling your real estate.
