Very good to deal with and helped us reach a great result
Kierin helped us greatly during the purchase of our new home and was a huge help in getting us to an agreement with the seller and getting us into our new home. I would definitely recommend him and would work with him in the future (although hopefully not for a long time, as we love our new home and don't plan to be moving out any time soon!!)

A real pleasure to deal with
We've bought and sold 4 houses in 10 years. Over the last year we've taken our time to find the right place. That means dealing with a lot of vendor agents. What some vendors don't appreciate is that the attitude of their agent directly affects your interest in the property, and willingness to negotiate. We've had numerous experiences where the agent has made us feel less than welcome as potential buyers. This was not our experience with Andrea. From the start, Andrea treated us like we mattered. She acted impartially, fairly and above all professionally. Our experience with Andrea was very positive. Come time to sell (hopefully not too soon), we will be working with Andrea again. If you're looking for a great agent to represent you and your property, or help you find that perfect place (like we did), you should take the time and meet with Andrea.

Highly Recommend Margo McLay
I live in a different state which could of made the sale much more difficult but with Margo it was very easy. She understood me completely. Margo kept me informed at all times of what was going on. A truly gifted agent with a big heart
I met Kierin during the purchase of my first home. He was always there to answer my questions, held my hand to soothe my nerves during the process, and was extremely prompt when dealing with any issues. He went beyond his call as an agent to make sure I was comfortable and well informed. Today, I walked into my new home where he had left me a bottle of champagne and a gift with a little note to say Congratulations... what more can I say? I highly recommend him as a preferred agent. A Rare Gem in Real Estate
Thinking of Selling? Then you’ll need Andrea Crossan on your team. We bought our dream home with her and found her negotiating skills were superb. She was able to get the best money for her client and then navigate a really prolonged deal which required remarkable communication skills. She kept all parties calm throughout a very stressful process and was extremely helpful wherever possible. Andrea was genuine and as honest as the day is long. We really liked Andrea Crossan and can highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would
From day one John was a disappointment. I understand it is difficult that I live overseas but I found him to be hopeless. He didn’t care what price I got he just wanted it sold so he could get it off his books. When it first went up for sale he didn’t realise one of the neighbors flats went up for sale a week earlier which ultimately had a negative impact on my sale. Had we known I wouldn’t have put it in the market at this time. And as already mentioned once we had a buyer I didn’t think he was working for me. In no way do I think he earnt his commission. Since we confirmed the sale I have not heard from him once. My disappointment is so great I am looking to leave LJ Hooker as my rental agents.

Approachable
So glad I chose John as my seller, nothing was too hard for John even when a contract crashed through finance he had other buyers waiting in the background. His proactive approach was needed to get the sale through on a deadline. Would recommend LJHOOKER and John to anyone considering a positive marketing approach in a tough competitive industry.
