Great price for house

Josh organised my place to be fixed up prior to the sale. It looked great and fetched a much higher price than I expected. Thanx Josh

Great service

Pleasure to deal with, kept us updated along the way. Knew how to market the property & what type of buyer we would be attracting.

Nailed It!

We couldn’t be happier that we chose Josh to sell our house near the beach. He made the whole process stress free and achieved a price at the top of our expectations. His advice along the way was spot on, and we’d recommend Josh to anyone looking for a hardworking and trustworthy real estate agent!
