About us

Purple Cow Real Estate was founded in 2014 by our Principal and Managing Director, Andy Nutton. He has a background in large-scale, master-planned communities and recognised Springfield's need for investor-focused real estate services. We were one of the first real estate agencies dedicated to servicing Greater Springfield investors. From the first new Springfield housing estate to further expansion into Springfield Lakes, Springfield Central, Spring Mountain, Redbank Plains and Ripley to the far west, we have been closely servicing each new suburb since its inception. We now have three key focus areas: property management, home and land packages and established home sales. Our property management team, headed by Director Nicole Challen, proactively maximises rental yields for our landlord clients by sourcing and retaining high-quality tenants, providing market-driven data to guide investor decision-making, and ensuring professional property maintenance and management at all times. Our project marketing team works with referral partners such as property developers, builders, buyers’ agents, property investment advisors, mortgage brokers, and accountants. We strategically market new house and land packages to local and interstate property investors. Our established home sales team focuses on getting the best possible selling price for both property investors and owner-occupiers looking to move on to their next opportunities. Couldn’t be happier with the rental outcome…

They achieved $950pw for my investment home that other agencies said was impossible. They went above and beyond with their communication, they used professional photos, virtual staging, 360 virtual tours, promotional video, floorplans and this resulted in achieving the highest rent ever achieved in Greater Springfield - if you want the best service and results you need to talk to Purple Cow.

Excellent Service

Awesome agency

Got the results others said weren't possible!!

Thank you to Chris Guy and the team at Purple Cow for looking after us, We spoke to other real estates in our area and were told that we couldn't achieve the numbers we thought would be possible for our beautiful home. Chris took the time to get professional photos done along with some very active marketing on social media and with in 3 days he had multiple clients requesting to see our place. After the 1st open home it's was under contract! We couldn't recommend the service provided by the team enough - Thank you
