Highly Organised Real Estate Professional
It has been very pleasant experience dealing with Craig who is without any doubt the best real estate agent I have dealt with. A part from having all the skills that only top real estate agents posses Craig was very friendly and helpful agent. I guess that is why it took him less than 2 months to have our property advertised, sold and settled. Thank you Craig you are awesome.

Craig sold my property swiftly despite it having been with other agents for way too long. The property was empty and lacking appeal but Craig applied a fresh marketing approach which ultimately achieved a sale price above my expectation. Great agent, she kept us up to date all the way through the process.
We have bought and sold several houses but this experience with Emma was by far the most relaxed and easy sale we have ever had. Nothing was to much trouble for her from organising the photo's to the sale. The house was listed with Emma on the Tuesday we had 2 viewings on the Thursday and was sold on the Saturday for a price we are very happy with.

Hi I'm Dave (28) For a first home buyer, buying a house is an extreme life choice a stressful one at that. Having come from a rental history with nothing but problems with unprofessional attitudes and service, and ability to work the system against me... You could say I don't have high expectations for agents. HOWEVER !!! I have never met a more friendly, down to earth, relatable and trustworthy agent like Emma Robinson from Q Team Realty. Emma made the daunting task of buying my first house an absolute breeze, she answered every "beginners" question I had and went above and beyond to explain all extra details I wouldn't have thought to ask about. Great experience overall
Emma helped us through the sale of our house and purchase of new land over the last 2 months and we could not be happier with how smoothly it all went! If you are about to put your house on the market, I highly advise you to go with Q Team Realty North Ipswich. My wife and I were advised to call Craig McNamara at Q Team Realty. Easy to deal with.
My wife and I found our dealings with Craig to be very pleasant. He communicated with us at the right times and provided guidance where necessary. Fantastic Service!
Selling my house with Craig was such an easy task. I sent my initial query to Craig via email and he was quick to give me a call to discuss my needs. He provided me with advice on possible repairs that may be needed to get the best possible price. He also provided me with information regarding the local market and managed my expectation of what I could receive. From the date I signed Craig to be my agent to the date I had a signed contract was 3 weeks! And at an offer that I was prepared to accept!
