Please maintain your current approach, integrity and style Craig @ QTeam as it is a wining formula for vendor and buyer. There are some agents I refuse to deal with due to the way they practice. I have been to a lot of open houses, bought and sold 2 properties and observed both Craig and Emma. You demonstrate integrity when working for the vendor and I have always been impressed with your genuine and honest approach.
