I contacted Craig in May 2016 when I was preparing to sell my home in Mt Crosby. Other real estate agencies have numerous salespeople juggling clients and seem more motivated by a quick sale or personal commissions. Craig and Emma offer a more personal, boutique service; I always felt they had the best outcome for me as their focus. Their advice was accurate and forthright. The realestate.com listing reflected my wishes and Craig's drone photos added something extra to the listing. Open house viewing was conducted professionally but in a relaxed manner with no time constraints. My home had a contract within a week and although settlement was delayed a few times due to bank delays I was kept well informed. In the end my sale was certainly the outcome I had hoped for. I now consider Craig a friend and have no hesitation recommending him and Q Team Realty.
