I have never met an agent who makes such a huge effort to know the houses they are selling the way Tyson does. We looked at two houses that Tyson had for sale and on both occasions he was able to tell us every detail about the house as if it was his own. We first came into contact with Tyson in August 2019 when we were considering an interstate move. At the time, he went out of his way to meet with us at short notice to view a house he had listed in Hamilton. Although this wasn’t the home for us, when we approached him eighteen months later with a more targeted brief, he remembered our earlier interaction. This may sound menial but in comparison to other real estate agents, Tyson takes the time to get to know his buyers and provides a more personalised experience when you are ready to engage. Tyson listens extremely well. He understood our family dynamic and what we were needing in respect to a multi-generational floor plan and block size. He also appreciated that we were looking to buy into a niche location of Kalinga and this is an exclusive residential pocket he has developed a trusted reputation in. When it came to the inspection and buying process, Tyson was able to secure us a viewing prior to our home going on to the open market and as such, finalised our sale within a 24-hour window. To do this, he made himself available out of office hours, coordinated availability of third parties and presented accurate property and sales information in order for us to make a quick but informed decision.
