Different to your typical real estate agent

I chose Tyson as my agent due to his reputation for being different to your typical real estate agent...that is, he is honest, down to earth, hard-working, and gives advice and feedback you can trust. Tyson was all of this and more. He doesn't try to rush your property to market and advises to get the presentation of it right. He genuinely wants the best result for you and your property; and does what is required to get the result. I recommend Tyson to anyone thinking of selling, without hesitation.

When it came time to sell Tyson was the obvious choice due to his extensive knowledge of the local area and his willingness to go the extra mile. Tyson’s pre-sale advice was essential in securing an outstanding result for our classic Queenslander, and the entire process was seamless and stress free. Tyson was always available to chat, and his willingness to help hands on when required, such as professional photo day, was truly appreciated. Tyson instilled a sense of confidence within us throughout the selling journey from mini-renovations and touch ups through to negotiating with prospective buyers. Mission Possible!

I am developing two luxury beach front homes at Woorim, an hour north of Brisbane - and needed to sell one off the plan. Woorim is largely an discovered gem - a beautiful 25km stretch of unspoilt white sand and the closest patrolled surf beach to Brisbane, but without the reputation of the Sunshine Coast to the north or Gold Coast to the south. The product that I am producing - 4 level oceanfront homes each boasting 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 separate balconies, multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, private lift and swimming pool - is currently without peer in the idyllic location. And so the mission for Michael Vettoretto, Lynn Malone and the team at Sotheby’s International Realty was this - sell a luxury beach home that does not yet exist, at a price almost $1 million higher than the suburb record, in the middle of the worst health and financial crisis the world has ever seen, and all while interstate and international buyers cannot travel to see it. Impossible? No, possible. Despite listing in June 2020 during the height of the COVID pandemic, Michael remained positive throughout and believed in the product and the pricing. While other agents might have suggested a price reduction to achieve a sale in what was difficult market circumstances, Michael remained steadfast in his view that the property was well priced and represented fair value for the buyer. While the property took a little bit longer to sell, the final result was a sale at full asking price, a new suburb record, and a very happy seller and a very happy buyer. Mission possible.

Tyson was straight forward to work with and made the process of selling very easy for us.

He always promptly responded to our questions and never did we feel pressured to accept an offer or agree to anything we were not 100% comfortable doing. He always presented considered options for discussion and took on our feedback during any conversation. We were very happy with the service we received when working with Tyson.

I could not be happier with Tyson and his team with selling my property

I could not be happier with Tyson and his team with selling my property. Tyson has a strong sales presence in my neighborhood, advertising many of the most desirable houses in the area. When I first met Tyson, we discovered that we both came from engineering backgrounds. Tyson brings the same methodical approach with his planning, strategy, and execution. He puts a lot of ‘science’ behind his sales research which is very effective in providing evidence for pricing and speaking with prospective buyers. Throughout the sale process Tyson’s experience and guidance was fantastic. He was very detailed and understood the buyer’s perspective when readying the property for sale. Tyson was always approachable, was happy to spend time going over concerns and sees only challenges, not obstacles. Lastly Tyson was never pushy for the sale and he certainly works very hard for his clients. I will certainly use Tyson again. (Shout-out to Brooke for her awesome communication skills.)

Tyson never pressured, he was discreet and provided excellent property presentation guidance

The principal of a prominent Brisbane legal firm recommended Tyson Clarke of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty to me as a prospective selling agent. I was already aware of Sotheby international office’s excellent professional reputation for representing exclusive and prestigious properties worldwide. Once I met Tyson and discussed a marketing strategy, I felt assured that he would competently present my unique suburban acreage property to discerning serious buyers via a targeted campaign that avoided wasted time and effort. Tyson never pressured, he was discreet where required and provided excellent property presentation guidance. His extensive contacts secured prime exposure at minimal cost via articles and photo spreads in real estate publications and even a news spot on prime time TV. We bought our new house through Tyson, and as we loved our experience with him, we decided to choose Tyson for the sale of our house. We loved how Tyson was not only very approachable and friendly, but we loved how he gave us some great advice from the beginning on how best to prepare our house for sale. We had a very tight turnaround, and with his suggestions, it made it seamless. Our house was on the market within 10 days, and it was sold in 10 days. We couldn’t have done this without his guidance, and for that, we are truly thankful. Tyson was extremely professional and methodical in his approach

We met Tyson on the lookout to buy an acreage property. My husband and I had been looking at acreage properties on and off for over 8 years. Tyson was extremely professional and methodical in his approach. He asked numerous questions to establish what was important to us and to find the right property for our needs. In the end we secured a property through Tyson. It was not your ordinary straight forward ‘for sale’ situation and he handled an extremely complicated situation exceptionally well. He was prompt with getting back to us when we had queries throughout the process and was very knowledgeable regarding various aspects of the purchase of the property. If Tyson could not help or was not 100% sure of answers to our questions he would always refer us to other professional contacts he had who did. We would not hesitate to recommend Tyson if you are looking at selling or buying a property because of his exceptional communication, negotiation and ability to ‘think outside the box’. He really is interested in matching the right person to the right property, and not just selling for selling’s sake.
