The ultimate professional
We were extremely happy with the way Kim handled the sale of our Main Beach unit. His excellent knowledge of the area, sales advice, passion and commitment, the property presentation material and advertising and his professional sales approach all resulted in a quick and very satisfactory sale of our property. Professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy agent
Our dealings with Kim Sharpe and his assistant Roxy Turner have been utterly professional and pleasurable. Kim has probably the best knowledge of any agent in the Main Beach area, and presents as a quietly confident agent, without any pressure on the seller. His advice was invaluable, and the process of having photographs and advertising was very efficient. The Sotheby’s model appealed to us (having used another agent for 2 previous sales), especially their Australia-wide advertising amongst their branches, the clever pre-opening day promotions, all of which resulted in locating a buyer from interstate on the first open day. We highly recommend Sotheby’s and Kim Sharpe.
