Interested, Knowledgeable, Polite and always Available
Kim was polite, always available and negotiated with both the buyers and the renters in a diplomatic way, so that the sale proceeded in a timely manner. I rate Kim a ten out of ten for his knowledge, en devour and diplomacy.

Very Professional and Accommodating , great knowledge of the Market as it stands
Kim was very accommodating with times to inspect the Property , nothing was a problem which worked well when you have a busy schedule and out of hours was our only time to view the property and Kim made himself available ! we made an offer and Kim notified us within hours that it had been accepted ! Can't ask for a better Agent than that !!!!

Mashelle has been amazing and very dedicated and totally professional

Mashelle Jones made our dream come true!
My partner and I have been watching the market for quite a while. We had a few experiences with different realestate agencies and agents in order to purchase an apartment. I can confidently say that our dream only came true because we met Mashelle in one of many inspections we’ve been through. We demonstrated interest in buying a property at Atlantis West but there were a few difficulties for us. However, the way she handled the negotiations between us and the previous owner was absolutely transparent and helpful. The confidence we felt was reassuring and the process was in timely fashion. We have nothing but praise for Mashelle, her work and her professionalism. A trusted Partner
We had never really been to S.E. Queensland and were proposing to make one of the biggest changes of our lives. Whilst we had researched online from a distance, when we did finally have the chance to visit the Gold Coast, Mashelle made us feel right at home and was able to share her local knowledge and insights in a very relaxed and comfortable way. Mashelle was gracious, courteous and quite seriously, could not be more willing to help us in any way. Nothing was too much trouble. Since actually settling and arriving in S.E. Queensland, Mashelle went above and beyond any expectations - doing everything she could to help us manage through 14 days of forced self-quarantine, including dropping off very much appreciated food supplies for a special occasion. I have no hesitation in recommending Mashelle as the only agent worth considering to any vendor or buyer.

Professional, knowledgeable hard working with a personal touch.
My experience in dealing with Mashelle is prominently her trustworthiness and enthusiasm.
