We’ve purchased 2 properties through Kim Sharpe in Liberty Apartments in 12 months and have been extremely impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge of this building and others in the area.. We’ve found him to be an excellent communicator, reliable and easy to deal with and have had confidence in him throughout.

We have known Kim for a number of years and this was our third transaction with him. As before, Kim remains professional, always reliable, ethical and calm. Kim always strikes the right balance with both the seller and buyer. He also achieved a sale which was a record for our apartment building! We couldn’t ask for more and have no hesitation in recommending Kim.

Kim was absolutely excellent, having sold a few properties before Kim was by far the best agent that I’ve dealt with. He was constantly in communication, easily dealt with issues and made the whole process completely stressless. Sotheby’s, Kim were very competitive and we would highly recommend them.

Mashelle was very professional, very responsive, I felt well informed and was provided with sound advice, and delivered excellent results. I felt well informed from the first open home through till settlement day. Mashelle's knowledge of the local area and putting her personal touches to the presentation of my home. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend Mashelle with at times a stressful process but was Mashelle was always approachable and available for all my questions and streamlined the sale. Highly recommended and thank you.
