Attentive and Professional
My Husband and I were in Port Douglas on holiday with friends, we had only visited Port Douglas 30 years prior and a lot had changed from then. We walked past a house for sale which grabbed our interest and we called Barbara on the off chance we could have an inspection with no real intention of purchasing but rather to get a feel of the market. Barbara was extremely obliging and attentive, she opened the house up with a moments notice and was very forthcoming, answering all our enquires promptly and providing projections and costings and showing us other properties for comparison. We bought the house 48 hours later, thanks to Barbara making herself available, promptly contacting the vendors and negotiating a deal. We found Barbara to be highly efficient in contract negotiations, she came to an agreement which was a fair outcome for ourselves and the vendor. Barbara also went above and beyond the purchase of the house. She assisted us with recommendations for solicitors and insurance agents. We are pleased to recommend Barbara Wolveridge to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
