We recently purchased a property through Greg Smith at Raine and Horne Atherton and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, Greg was fantastic to deal with. We were travelling up from the southern part of the state and needed to organise flights before we could get there to view the property. Greg was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to make sure we had the opportunity to get up there, rather than putting pressure on us to make a decision before we were ready. Throughout the purchase, Greg was constantly going back and forth between us and the owners, keeping everyone informed and doing everything he could to make the process run smoothly. He was always contactable, whether by phone or email, and no question or request ever seemed like too much trouble. One of the things we appreciated most was that Greg was never pushy. He was genuine, straightforward and easy to talk to, and we always felt like we were being looked after rather than simply being pushed towards a sale. He really did go above and beyond for us, particularly given we were trying to organise everything from a fair distance away. Buying a property can sometimes be a stressful experience, but Greg made the whole process surprisingly easy and enjoyable.
