Collette did a great job marketing and selling our property in super quick time. She knew us, the local market, the best buyers and matched us all together, resulting in a sale and settlement that everyone was happy with. This was our home but we also had an investment property which Collette sold for us and her personal interaction with the us and the tenant made everything much easier through some difficult times. Collette was easy to deal with. She arranged all our inspections promptly and at a time that suited. She answered all our emails quickly and gave us a list of conveyancers, building inspectors etc which was necessary since we were buying interstate. The thing we liked most about Collette was that she was genuine and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend selling or buying through her.
