Collette, was great to deal with. Quick communications and she always kept me in the loop. She has an excellent knowledge of the market. I have had the privilege of being on both sides of the coin, first as a buyer, then as a seller. Highly recommend her services.

Collette did a great job marketing and selling our property in super quick time. She knew us, the local market, the best buyers and matched us all together, resulting in a sale and settlement that everyone was happy with. This was our home but we also had an investment property which Collette sold for us and her personal interaction with the us and the tenant made everything much easier through some difficult times. Collette definitely went beyond being just an agent, nothing was a problem and we would recommend Collette & Atherton Realty.

Collette was easy to deal with. She arranged all our inspections promptly and at a time that suited. She answered all our emails quickly and gave us a list of conveyancers, building inspectors etc which was necessary since we were buying interstate. The thing we liked most about Collette was that she was genuine and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend selling or buying through her.

Collette was very professional to deal with. She presented us with sold houses of corresponding value in the area, thereby allowing us to ascertain the value for ourselves. Collette corresponded by email, sms and phone as always returned calls as soon as possible. We have no hesitation in recommending her services to perspective buyers.
