I first met Theo 17 years ago when we were looking to buy around this area. Theo’s a local agent so knows about all the properties sold etc and has a good idea about what they’re worth. The whole process was easy as he guided us through it all, we used some of his trades people too, very last minute who were also very good. We went to auction and I’m sure we got the best price by doing this so we were very happy with the outcome.
