We found working with Theo an excellent experience. There were four separate owners with different perspectives to be heard, additionally the house we were selling was a long standing investment property which had been modified to optimise the potential rent. Theo explained a clear vision to achieve the best outcome and bring all the owners to share the same plan. We set a realistic reserve (in the middle of the guidance range from when the house was listed).
