In addition to giving us regular updates, he always made himself available when we had questions or wanted to discuss something. Another note about the regular updates: we received detailed notes about all the potential buyers that came to the open houses, we received real estate and domain data weekly, and progress on the social media campaign. We found working with Theo an excellent experience. There were four separate owners with different perspectives to be heard, additionally the house we were selling was a long standing investment property which had been modified to optimise the potential rent. Theo explained a clear vision to achieve the best outcome and bring all the owners to share the same plan. Theo kept us in the loop very well and gave us good feedback on the open houses and the potential buyers. We set a realistic reserve (in the middle of the guidance range from when the house was listed).
