From the get go Heidi was extremely helpful and easy to work with. After contacting Heidi about inspecting the property, she was quick to get me in to have a look and kept me updated throughout the whole process, although it not being up for very long. Being a first home owner, Heidi made me feel at ease about the process and gave off a very genuine vibe. Heidi was upfront about the price of the property and pricing range of other homes in the similar bracket. This made the process of submitting my offer and the right offer a lot easier. Heidi showed great professionalism throughout and made me feel like I was making a great choice purchasing this home. Very happy with how everything was handled and processed. Heidi was always available to chat when I had any questions or concerns re the sale of my property. She accurately decided what the sale price range should be, and due to the competitive market, the final price for my property exceeded the higher asking price. Heidi actively tried to encourage an early sale by inviting prospective buyers to view the house before it actually went on the market. As it turned out, she had a buyer before the first open house. Due to my tenant being very reluctant to leave the house, a considerable time passed between when a contract of sale was signed & when Heidi could actually start getting the house ready to market. Heidi was very understanding & patient about this delay and was quick to organise house cleaning & minor repairs for me once the tenant had finally left. The whole selling process has been made easier by Heidi's proactive & knowledgeable management of the sale. Thank you Heidi!
