As usual Grant was very responsive when messages or calls were sent, he kept me in the loop with every little detail and couldn’t ask for more from an agent. Will definitely use again. Grant did an awesome job both in the presentation for marketing, following through identifying and connecting potential buyers well and to have achieved and agreed sale within 4 calendar days was absolutely wonderful. Communication was good, enthusiasm for the task and a can do attitude really made the whole situation of selling a positive experience in what was a sad period for our family.
