Heidi actively tried to encourage an early sale by inviting prospective buyers to view the house before it actually went on the market. As it turned out, she had a buyer before the first open house. Due to my tenant being very reluctant to leave the house, a considerable time passed between when a contract of sale was signed & when Heidi could actually start getting the house ready to market. Heidi was very understanding & patient about this delay and was quick to organise house cleaning & minor repairs for me once the tenant had finally left.
