We went to Grant, told him what we wanted to do, and what we wanted. We have dealt with Grant before, we felt very comfortable and confidant that Grant would handle selling our house from beginning to end. We left it to him, the house sold pretty well straight away, and contracts have been exchanged. Grant and Raine and Horne took care off everything, and have let us know every step of the way. Grant is a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling, as he is upfront, honest and has integrity. I would only use Grant again to buy or sell, but I now have my dream home, and don't think I will be moving for a long time. Thanks Grant for terrific service.
