Grant and I had quite a lengthy agent/client relationship as my property took some time to sell. At the time of going to market the property market was saturated with listings with few genuine buyers. I did however remain loyal to Grant having engaged other agents beforehand. With a real estate background myself, I understood how markets can fluctuate. During those months I went through a number of personal hardships, including the loss of my husband. Grant went above and beyond his normal role as agent - he was my mentor, my adviser, an empathic ear and a caretaker of the property as I was an absentee owner.
