Heidi knew how to work along her clients and adjust to all the changes that took place in limit time. Also she was efficient, polite and patient and knew how to deal with certain aspects of her work. She made our 1st home buying in Australia so easy especially when we are form different place it made us feel comfortable to deal with her. She also ensured to keep us updated of the progress during her leave which was going a step ahead of her JD. Highly recommend her.
