Grant has an excellent knowledge of the Bathurst real estate market. He knew what properties are for sale in the price range we were looking at. He could explain how prices were trending and whether a property was competitively priced. Grant took the time to understand our requirements and was patient in allowing us to view properties when we were assessing the market before we were in a position to purchase. Grant was very professional but was not a pushy salesman. He gave us the space to allow the property to sell itself to us while we weighed up the features and any shortcomings. However he was always on hand to answer questions we had about the property. Nothing was too much trouble as we looked over the property several times while we compared it with other properties we were considering.
