I can’t say enough good things about Grant. Incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, smart and personable, he sold my house in the blink of an eye and without fuss. I’ve bought and sold a few properties in my time and I wasn’t looking forward to the stress of going through the process but before I could even finish moving my stuff out, the deal was done. My house had some issues and I wasn’t sure it would be an easy sell but Grant introduced the perfect buyer and it was sold before it even hit the market.
