Heidi has been truly wonderful to deal with during every stage of the purchase of our first home. It has been so stressful, yet could have been much worse had we not had the calibre of agent that Heidi is, to work with. Not only is she extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive - she’s patient, kind and so considerate of how emotional this whole ordeal can be for a young family entering the market. And at no point does her warmth ever feel fake or contrived. We never felt like “just another number”. On our first viewing, something that immediately struck me about Heidi was how much she really loves what she does. She seemed genuinely proud to show us the home we ended up buying, as if it had been in her own family for years. If I were the vendor I would have been thrilled to have seen Heidi in action - presenting my property in a manner that was of such a high standard. We won’t be reselling this property any time soon, but if we were, I can say without doubt that I would list with Heidi.
