Grant was a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase process. He was always professional, patient, responsive, and communicated clearly. Buying a rural property can be complex, however Grant handled the process with a calm confidence to ensure that everything progressed smoothly between the parties. Grant was very transparent at all times, and intuitively understood the dynamic of each party which enabled the deal to take place.
