Honest, knowledgeable, professional and kind .
Having bought and sold a number of properties over the years we had become a little cynical and cautious when dealing with agents. Until we had the pleasure of meeting Grant. He breaks the mould and has a refreshing, open and friendly manner while maintaining absolute professionalism. We have purchased 2 separate properties and sold another and on each occasion Grant has far exceeded our expectations. His actions speak louder than words and we cannot recommend him highly enough having seen him operate as our agent in both sale and purchases. On top of everything else he is a genuinely nice guy and he has our respect and trust.

Efficient and approchable communicator
