The 5 Star Experience
Grant was incredible to deal with when it came to buying my new home. Having only ever built houses prior to this, I found that Grant was knowledgable, approachable, and always willing to answer my questions. Absolutely you should give him a call
I can talk about how Grant uses a professional and friendly approach to get the job done. About how he's a great communicator, a realist and quick off the mark. But everyone talks about that. There are reasons this guy wins a heap of awards but that's not why we signed with him. He knows the area, he knows what works here and he's a great guy. He talks the talk but most importantly: walks the walk. Grant does this with a solid foundation of knowledge, humour, tenacity and speed. We wanted results and our expectations were exceeded very quickly. Absolutely you should give him a call.

Strategic Seller
Professional, great communicator (also great just for a chat), trustworthy, but most of all, a very strategic seller. We had a heritage home which was more suited to commercial than residential, but he was able to gain a lot of interest from all parties, resulting in a great price, and just before Xmas too.
