Heidi is a calm, considerate, knowledgable, easy to work with and most of all proactive sales agent. The marketing videos and signage really helped showcase the property to get people to come and see it. We secured an offer after two offers were made at the first viewing and we were kept up to date throughout the buying period and when our first buyer unexpectedly had to pull out, Heidi had someone through the property two hours later and had locked in another offer by 5pm the same day! Can’t thank her enough!
