Market knowledge very good. Communication clear and prompt, Professionalsim high.
The property was a rental property that had been handled by Raine and Horne Belmont. There was close co-ordination between the rental team and sales. There were a number of matters to be attened to after the rental was completed. Response in getting the house back in order was exceptional and allowed a ready transition for the house to be sold. Equally the house was sold quickly at a satisfactory price.
