Mario is extremely professional knows the market very well, gave us great advice to get our property reading for selling. Due to this amazing advice, our property undoubtedly sold for over 200K than what it would have sold if we hadn't taken on Mario's advice in terms of updating our home to make it looks spectacular for the auction. The auction went really well too with 5 very interested buyers which also helped to increase the selling price of our home. It was because of Mario's thorough and diligent commitment to selling our home above market rate, that Mario succeeded in attracting so many interested buyers.

Tony is GREAT, highly recommend!
It was our first time selling a property and Tony was incredible to work with. He was informative and knowledgeable about the market, provided guidance when needed and helping us through the process. Tony persevered through a difficult apartment market and COVID lockdown, keeping us informed throughout (without going overboard with comms). We felt totally comfortable that he had our best interests in mind, getting us a price we were happy with! Cant rate Tony more highly for selling your property!
