Excellent agent and highly recommend…
Pieter Speziale of Raine And Horne Brunswick was great to deal with in selling my property. He is a professional and very knowledgeable realestate agent, he made the selling process very easy as he was always in contact with me and keeping me up to date with house opens and inspections. Abbotsford specialist, exemplary communication, extensive knowledge of local properties
It has been a pleasure to work with Pieter. I have been interested in Abbotsford and looking at properties for 6 months. Pieter's knowledge of Abbotsford, the local offerings on and off the market is nothing short of extensive and stands out from the other agencies I have engaged with earlier in the year. Beyond his market knowledge, Pieter has exceeded my expectations for communication and working diligently to create an arrangement to allow me to move in earlier as I am required to travel internationally until mid july and assist with an easy transition into my new home. Pieter got the job done plus more and has been great to work with through out the process. 5/5 stars absolutely. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell in Abbotsford, especially properties within the complexes over looking the yarra bend. Pieter has really gone the extra mile and I am beyond excited to move into my new home.

Great Price Achieved By Positive Agent
Pieter is a very honest, friendly and determined person who kept us informed all the way through the sale process. Pieter made contact after each open for inspection which made us quite comfortable with our choice of agent. As things came to a conclusion, Pieter was able to secure a 30 day settlement which meant that there was no time when the property was untenanted. At all times he worked in our best interests, communicating effectively with our tenants and prospective buyers. Pieter achieved an excellent price which was above market expectations in this apartment block. Thank you Pieter for your professionalism and positive attitude - it was a pleasure to work with you!

Outstanding Agent and Property Manager
I can't rate Tony my Agent and Natalie my property manager highly enough. As an investor living interested Natalie helps me so much in ensuring my properties repair and improvement were undertaken, really going over and above, the best property manager I've ever had. When it came time to sell, as an astute investor Tony was very open to the conversation and happy to accommodate and work together on my views. Being interested through the whole process and accepting the most outstanding offer, I just can't rate Tony and Natalie highly enough. I wouldn't consider any other agency in Brunswick.
