Informed and Supportive
Rachel provided very good insight into the local market and suggested that the property would sell readily and likely exceed our expectation of price. Rachel did not attempt to dissuade us from the method we sought to sell the property but rather aligned with our preferred process. A contract was forthcoming immediately after the 1st open house and was for what Rachel had forecast. We were extremely pleased as the first contract went through to settlement. Great outcome that was relatively stress free thanks to Rachel's communication to us throughout the process and her expertise in selling properties in the area.

Very Positive and Professional
Rachel gave an appraisal on my property and then advised what the market was doing. She was very much intune to my needs to sell and in what the market could deliver. I was very pleased with her care and consideration at all levels of the whole experience.
