In safe hands

I felt confident dealing with Alex because he really understand the both the market, and human nature. He communicates clearly in describing pros, cons and strategies to market the property, and in giving progress reports, but he never seemed rushed or coercive. At the end, I felt that he was ethical, respectful, careful not to raise unrealistic expectations for buyer or seller, and that he probably worked harder to achieve the sale than he let on.

A pleasant and productive experience.

Buying an apartment in Castle Hill was made as easy as possible for us by Alex Rouggos. We appreciated his punctuality, transparency and straight-forward responses to a range of probing questions which we put to him as a result of our research from Strata records. Post settlement Alex and Melody's assistance in recommending some local tradespersons was also appreciated.

Professional and Easy to Deal with

Alex and his team made the sale of our property seem easy. They put us in contact with tradesmen we could use to prepare the property for sale and gave sound advice as to what would need renovating. He gave constant feedback once the property was on the market and the communication back to us helped us make our decision on when was the right time to accept an offer.
