You need to add James to your address book! He proactively offered for us to look at a property, which we then liked and leased. This was following a call where we were asking why we had missed out on a previous property. He gave us advice and returned every phone and message - even at 930pm! The most incredible service ever!!

After searching the real estate market and attending multiple open home inspections, we attended an inspection and came across James Astor from Raine and Horne City Living, Pyrmont. Although we didn't apply for the first property, James followed up and reassured us that he would help us find a home. This comment is often taken with a grain of salt, particularly in the present market, and so we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted a few days later with a possible match. After a private viewing, we took the property and James was transparent, respectful, and communicated regularly throughout. I cannot recommend him more.
