You need to add James to your address book! He proactively offered for us to look at a property, which we then liked and leased. This was following a call where we were asking why we had missed out on a previous property. He gave us advice and returned every phone and message - even at 930pm! The most incredible service ever!!

My penthouse at Casino Gardens, Pyrmont, was leased within two days days of the open house where 15 groups walked through. Achieved my asking rent without difficulty.

We have now rented 2 houses through Raine & Horne Pyrmont and have received excellent service. James Astor and his team are very professional and have worked very hard to find us the right rental. They are a very caring team with outstanding communication skills. I would highly recommend James and his team to anyone looking for a property!

After searching the real estate market and attending multiple open home inspections, we attended an inspection and came across James Astor from Raine and Horne City Living, Pyrmont. Although we didn't apply for the first property, James followed up and reassured us that he would help us find a home. This comment is often taken with a grain of salt, particularly in the present market, and so we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted a few days later with a possible match. After a private viewing, we took the property and James was transparent, respectful, and communicated regularly throughout. I cannot recommend him more. James attention to detail, openness and genuine approach sets a benchmark for other agents to follow.

I’d like to congratulate James Astor on securing a tenant for my apartment. James kept me fully informed throughout the process (even on a Saturday evening!). I found him to be extremely efficient and thorough. He was always polite and courteous. I hope I have the pleasure of James being available when I next need to seek a new tenant. If I were his employer I’d be proud to have him and consider him a very valuable employee. (I’d probably even consider a pay rise 😄!)

James was helpful and so positive! In his words: "Sherry we WILL find you what you're looking for" Each time we met I learned more about the area and the rental market...product knowledge 10/10. He greeted me warmly by name and kept me in the loop by text and phone...communication 10/10. In fact a lovely chap!
