I am an Australian living overseas and have relied on Raine & Horne City Living to manage my Sydney properties for more than 15 years. Their service has always been excellent including letting and all aspects of subsequent property management. This has been confirmed by my recent experience letting a Sydney apartment. I recommend them highly!

I'm very happy with my experience with Raine & Horne City Living, Pyrmont, James was professional, easy to deal with and knows the Pyrmont area very well, he also kept me informed during the whole rental process, I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to secure a tenant for their property.

Recently my city apartment was re - leased through Raine and Horn City Living's James Astor. James worked tirelessly to secure a tenant for my property last year. At the end of lease due to his enthusiastic and professional, yet personal approach, he managed to secure a new tenant with in 2 weeks at a higher weekly return than last time. Well done James and I can't thank you enough for all you have done to make things happen smoothly and effortlessly. I further extend my thanks also to Hiromi with whom I keep in contact re the day to day in reference the apartment building's concierge notices etc. All in all a great agency with a great team to deal with.

I have been using Raine & Horne for a few years now as James and Erin are just the best in their business: both extremely professional, efficient and proactive. My property was re-rented within a week of becoming vacant. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Hi I just want to thank James Astor for the great service in finding me a new tenant. He has kept me in the loop and found not one but two potential tenants within the first week of showing the property. I was worried that my unit was going to take awhile to find a tenant but James has done a great job finding the tenants. Thanks James

We have been renting through Raine & Horne for the last 3 years and it's been a wonderful experience. We recently decided to move to a new property but were confident we wanted to stick with Raine & Horne. Our brilliant property manager Erin Hobbs got us in contact with leasing consultant James Astor. We were blown away by just how quickly James sent through suggestions that perfectly fitted what we were looking for and literally within a week we found our new home. James was generous with his time and provided regular updates throughout the application process. It's always great to feel like your real estate agent is on your side, and we can confirm that Raine & Horne has your back!
