I appreciate how willing the agency and the agent are to respond to my questions and concerns. During the inspection, I found that the agent was not too forceful in persuading me how great the property is (which is something I had found with previous inspections, that the agents would be almost clingy!) and respected my time and space in inspecting the property, but was always ready to answer any queries.
