We bought our house a number of years ago through R&H & gained enormous confidence in Paul Milkovic who turned out to be incredibly professional, genuine & helpful. So when we moved abroad, it felt natural to turn to R&H for advertising, contracting & review of tenants. We extended our overseas stay with 1/2 year & turned to our agent at R&H for support. In just a few days, advertising with photos online, open house & offers were completed and we had a signed contract for the remaining time. One of the employees went through the house to document the condition & got back to us with a report. We’re very happy with R&H in Concord & will continue our future relationship with the agency.

I had an outstanding experience working with Marco Giuliani to lease my house. His attention to detail, professionalism, and market knowledge exceeded my expectations. He was able to quickly find qualified tenants and negotiated a lease agreement that worked perfectly for both parties. Throughout the entire process, Marco was communicative, responsive, and truly dedicated to providing exceptional service. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trusted real estate agent for leasing their property. Thank you, Marco for your hard work and dedication!

I had minimal interaction with the agent as my roommate went through the inspection and deposit process for me. All emails have been responded to promptly and I love the apartment so I'm happy.
