Prior to choosing Paul of Raine & Horne we met with a number of agents to discuss their approach to selling our house, the features they saw in our house and how they would tailor a marketing strategy to maximise interest and obtain a great sale price. Paul was clearly the best we spoke to and we had no hesitation in listing with him. We found Paul very responsive; listening to our ideas and concerns, answering our numerous questions and ultimately developing a marketing strategy that we felt comfortable with and proved to be very effective. He regularly (almost daily) communicated with us, gave us twice weekly verbal reports and weekly written reports on inspections and interest. He delivered on everything he said he would do; provided advice and encouragement when we faltered, and even provided some guidance on a house we were looking to purchase in another city. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul to any prospective vendor.

We first met Paul Milkovic at an auction that he was conducting on behalf of a good friend who was more than happy with Paul's management of the sale of her property. He was very professional, friendly and informative so we decided to ask Paul to evaluate our property in Cherrybrook and put forward his proposal which we accepted. Paul is very approachable, helpful, honest and did not over or under inflate the property value and achieved an excellent outcome even while Sydney was in lockdown. He kept us informed regularly regarding prospective buyers and guided us through the open house and auction procedures. The remote auction ran smoothly and the amount of background work that Paul conducted definitely resulted in an excellent outcome.
