Mark & Marco are the utmost professionals and instantly made me feel at ease with their assurances and ongoing stellar communication. They display a deep and keen knowledge of the local area and go above and beyond to make sure my property and the tenants are being looked after. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my business!

I was very impressed by the way I was treated. From reception to real estate agent, I felt really secure about my lease and the steps I had taken. All the information was very clear and forward. Really appreciated all the attention.

Historical (disappointing) dealings with other agents in the area eventually led me to appointing Raine and Horne Concord to manage and lease the property and their team, and particularly Alison Chang, are very professional and efficient. For the last 14 years they have managed the property, found and vetted tenants and ensured that the unit is leased within a very short time frame.

I have rented all down the east coast of Australia over the last 10 years, and hands down this is the best property management I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

I want to single out Talieh Abdelbaghi from Raine & Horne Concord for her commitment to me as a landlord of an apartment in the city. When one tenant left, my property was vacant for zero days before Talieh found another tenant able to move in the very next day and at a much higher rental return. I have always found Talieh to be reliable, responsible and committed to me as an owner and as such have no hesitation in recommending her to you.
