Talieh is a rare gem among the several ordinary agents that we encountered in our process of finding our house. Right from the professionalism shown during viewing of the property, to helping on submission on application, to coordinating during the application stage by keeping informed of the progress, to finally helping the approval of the application. We haven't come across a single agent so far who answers our queries or takes our phone calls (there's a cycle of calls to agency, they will put you to the agent, who wouldn't take the calls or would say they will call you back and never do!), and this is where Talieh shines. She not only answered our messages and calls but also helped us along the process answering all our queries and did not rest until she helped us secure the home. Focused on the end customer is something that all the agencies and all the agents proudly write for themselves on their websites but very few actually show and lead from the front - Talieh is one such person.
