We haven't come across a single agent so far who answers our queries or takes our phone calls (there's a cycle of calls to agency, they will put you to the agent, who wouldn't take the calls or would say they will call you back and never do!), and this is where Talieh shines. She not only answered our messages and calls but also helped us along the process answering all our queries and did not rest until she helped us secure the home. Marco is a legend, he managed to rent out our place in less than a week when the previous agent couldn’t get anyone into the door and suggested to drop the rent by $100/week.
