I found Joanna Lu very friendly and helpful as it had been may years since I last rented a property. The process from start to finish was easy and she explained each step of the tenancy process to assist with the transition.

Raine and Horne Concord has been my property's leasing agent for the last decade, and had really no drama until a few months ago the tenant really was becoming paranoid and had raised some over the top issues of the public carpark. Joanna from R&H handled the complaints professionally and at all time represented me in a fair and square way. The matters are now settled and I have entrusted my property to R&H again!

Talieh is a rare gem among the several ordinary agents that we encountered in our process of finding our house. Right from the professionalism shown during viewing of the property, to helping on submission on application, to coordinating during the application stage by keeping informed of the progress, to finally helping the approval of the application. We haven't come across a single agent so far who answers our queries or takes our phone calls (there's a cycle of calls to agency, they will put you to the agent, who wouldn't take the calls or would say they will call you back and never do!), and this is where Talieh shines. She not only answered our messages and calls but also helped us along the process answering all our queries and did not rest until she helped us secure the home. Focused on the end customer is something that all the agencies and all the agents proudly write for themselves on their websites but very few actually show and lead from the front - Talieh is one such person. I wish you the very best, Talieh.

Joanna has a high response speed and efficiency, good communication skills and a very comfortable service attitude. She helped us a lot while we were overseas. If a friend asked me about a suitable real estate agent, I would recommend her without hesitation!
