We recently switched over to Raine & Horne Concord/Strathfield after a very difficult experience with our previous property manager, and the difference has been incredible. Marco, in particular has been absolutely outstanding- professional, responsive and genuinely supportive throughout the entire transition. He made the process seamless and has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly for both of us and our tenants. It's such a relief to finally feel confident that our property is in good hands. Highly recommend Marco and the whole team !

Mark and Marco from Raine and Horne Concord/Strathfield were professional and very helpful in getting my rental property on the market. From coming out to view my property right through to listing and getting tenants quickly, Mark was always on top of things and a pleasure to deal with. He managed the whole process, making it hassle-free for me - truly appreciated!! I can't recommend Mark and the team highly enough!!

The apartment took a longer time than we expected and Marco of Raine & Horne worked with us to find a tenant by working on choosing the correct price for the rental. we had to lower the rental price. Marco worked with us. Finally after about 6 weeks, the apartment was rented. We felt that communication could have been better during the process but we were aware of other issues

Susie and Marco are very professional. I was happy with the photos provided in the Condition Report as well as they are very thorough. The only feedback I have is on the details put on the contract, as it has a slight typo on my housemate’s name which caused a slight issue in the beginning.

I liked their way of communicating. Using app for the process is too complicated. It could have been made easier.

They are kind and Even if the employee in charge of us had a day off, they tried to tell another employee to do a good job.
