The apartment took a longer time than we expected and Marco of Raine & Horne worked with us to find a tenant by working on choosing the correct price for the rental. we had to lower the rental price. Marco worked with us. Finally after about 6 weeks, the apartment was rented. We felt that communication could have been better during the process but we were aware of other issues

Susie and Marco are very professional. I was happy with the photos provided in the Condition Report as well as they are very thorough. The only feedback I have is on the details put on the contract, as it has a slight typo on my housemate’s name which caused a slight issue in the beginning.
