Great professional agency
Nathalie from Raine & Horne Concord has been awesome. I was relocating overseas and was stressed that things might slip, but she has been proactively updating me with everything. She even answered my call on new year's eve during a slight emergency.

They’re not great at all
Communication could be better. They do the bare minimum and if you don’t ask them they don’t offer or let you know what services are available. They don’t do the quarterly checks as well. They promise a lot at the beginning but they don’t deliver. I’m constantly following up on them.

My association with Rayne&Horne Strathfield is a very long ,over 30 years.All staff is always very efficient ,ongoing problems resolved quickly,communication with property managers very good.
