Care for me and my property over many years

Thank you to the team members who have helped me to be a successful landlord from a remote location. The attention to detail, prompt advice of any issues, follow up, accounting, records, managing the Strata folk-all done professionally with my particular needs at the centre.

Professional Agency

My experience with Raine & Horne Concord was great. From the open home right through to signing of the lease all members were very helpful and supportive in helping me out and answering questions I had. Excellent communication and the property manager continues to reply promptly to inquiries and inform me of any important issues regarding the property or premises on which it’s located.

Interest representing landlord/client need much improvement

We have been using Raine & Horne since our first rental of our home in Newington. I can only say that quality of service has been diminishing with minimal interest to represent us as their client, despite us paying management fees. Last minute notification, constantly on the side of tenants to the fact of being unreasonable makes us that we are being held at ransom at times
