As landlords we have been working with R&H Strathfield for over a decade. They were constantly going above and beyond expectations. With a deep understanding of the local market, an important aspect of Sydney real estate business, and providing extra care to their customers at a reasonable cost they have been a tremendous value. Can only recommend!
Raine & Horne Concord/Strathfield
It’s the first time I ever put my property on the rental market. After comparing few different agencies, I decided to go with Raine and Horne Strathfield, from the first meeting with Michael, Jassy and later on working directly with Mark and Marco, the team has demonstrated excellent professionalism and unparalleled service; and with only one open house, a new tenant was signed up. I’d highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for a property management team genuinely looking after you and your property. Thank you, Mark and your team.

From the moment I enquired to finding a tenant for my property, Mark and his team were courteous, speedy and professional. He was able to find a tenant well within my timeframe when compared to other vacant units that have been on market for much longer. Updates were also frequent to manage expectations. R&H Strathfield can have my business anyday!

Dear Mark Thank you for your hard work in renting our property so quickly. We had previously listed our property with another agent for almost 5 weeks with no success finding the right people. We are impressed with your professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. Your determination and strive certainly paid off and is greatly appreciated. We look forward to dealing with you again. Regards
