I couldn't recommend Paul and his team highly enough! After discussions with several agents, Paul's exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of the area, years of experience and his genuine energy has made us feel that he was the right person to sell our property. Turns out, Paul delivered exactly what he had promised - proactively kept us up to date, fast response times (even answered his phone on his days off!), thought outside of the box when faced with challenges and so much more. Paul's assistant Aaron was also a pleasure to work with - punctual, enthusiastic, responsive and thoughtful. I have only dealt with one other real estate agent in my 70 years in Sydney and it wasn't a memorable experience! HOWEVER, Paul Milkovic has changed that. In a few short weeks, with considerable input from him, Paul managed to encourage me to transform my unit and maximise its waterfront views.
