After discussions with several agents, Paul's exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of the area, years of experience and his genuine energy has made us feel that he was the right person to sell our property. Turns out, Paul delivered exactly what he had promised - proactively kept us up to date, fast response times (even answered his phone on his days off!), thought outside of the box when faced with challenges and so much more. Paul and his team, have provided exceptional service from the appraisal stage to the sale end date. At no time were any of them persuasive or pushy. I have previously sold 6 properties; including the one with Paul and I found Paul, Aaron and Christian impeccable - the best Agents I've dealt with thus far. They were always available, helpful and honest and nothing was too much trouble -even when I couldn't be there to do the last minute set up/tidy up they did it for me!
