Ric has been selling houses in North Bondi as one of the top agents for as long as I can remember. In his long career, I suspect he has been inside most of the homes in the area. When he pitched to me to sell my house, it was clear that he understood the market in a way that no other agent did. He was the only agent who had physically visited all the comparable homes to my house that had previously been sold. Importantly, he could tell me what prices these homes had sold for and why one house had sold for more or less than another. Consequently, he was the only agent who had the relevant knowledge and credibility to advise me what my house was worth and the price I should expect. I found Ric to be a very skilled negotiator and communicator and he was enthusiastic, focussed, polite and professional throughout our campaign. He is someone I would highly recommend and I would use him again.

We have been exceptionally impressed with Ric throughout the purchase of our new home. We gave Ric very clear criteria regarding the area, floorplan requirements and price range and Ric found us an off-market opportunity (the property had been through a failed auction campaign with another agent). We inspected the property for the first time on Saturday and exchanged contracts 2 days later in a seamless process with limited competition in the current market. Although Ric was very clearly acting for the vendor, he managed to facilitate our negotiations around price, terms and leaseback arrangements. Ultimately, both us as purchasers and the vendors were very happy. We would absolutely recommend Ric to anyone considering selling their property.
